I LOST 2 KG

whatever I am doing finally started to work!!!

Finally, my hard work is paying off

I am just gonna keep doing it for the next 9 weeks.

Reflection time!

The program is 10 week total, and 1 week has already been passed.

So what have I been doing?

I have been eating 1600 calories/day on average.

I have been dividing it up to 4-5 meals.

I have been making most of my meals protein-rich meals

I have been doing T25, and every time I am doing it I am giving my all to nail it!! (Focus!!)

I have been drinking 2 lt of water.

That's it actually. And I have been enjoying it.
