I went to the bootcamp with J., K. and L. today. It was nice but very intense, and so different from our indoors fitness classes. We did an obstacle course and I got to pull/push the tire. The dude killed us afterwards by working majorly on arms and abs. Seriously, now my right arm is dead and my back hurts, and I am sooo exhausted! I’m going to go take a nice long shower and then pass out.
