I made a new goal for myself.

I want to lose a few kilos until I leave here!

Just something to make my time here more bearable...

and in the meantime, I will be getting rid of a few kgs so that's perfect.

I won't tell anyone that I'm dieting.

I will eat whatever the household is eating, but being smart about it!

I can write down what I eat later on to keep track of (estimated) calories and stuff.

Common sense: I will just sugar calories, full-fat milk calories, simple carbs, excessive fat/oil

I will reduce it down to 1 chocolate a day or something.

I will drink lots of water.

I will be mildly hungry and thats ok.
