-I don't know like whom. But it's what we can.
-Let me tell you the story.
Mao was running away from the Chinese Emperor with his guerilla. He was able to escape from him for 20 long years. At the end, he managed to defeat the Emperor and conquer the country as a whole. People asked him how he could actually run from the Emperor for such a long time. He had crosspassed the country from one side to the other during this time. Everybody was amazed how determined and far-sighted Mao must be to achieve this kind of thing.
Mao replies, I always took one step at a time while running. I didn't know where and how it will end, but since he was chasing, I was running with the only way I know.
Ok,there it is. An example to bad storytelling.
- No, I actually liked it. So, where are we headed to? Where to conquer?
-That conquering part wasn't the main message of the story.
- No country for us? But you said Mao got the whole China.
- I think I'm still at the running part of my story.
-But nobody is chasing us?
-Why am I running then?
-I don't know, why?
-From growing up maybe. Maybe that's because I didn't grow up in the way I wanted to.
-I think nobody grows up in the exact way they wanted to. People who don't have anything to change with themselves are plain illiterates anyways.
And you know what, I found a place to conquer after all. The country of happiness!
-Haha, that is not a country, only a mere bus stop. You come and go, you do not get to stay. I know, because I've been there.
-So, it exists.
-Yes, but only for a moment.
-So, you only have to reach.
- After you reach, you need to get off there. I am not sure if you can do that.
-You don't know.
-I don't know. Now I find it even harder to believe if I will ever know.
-Why?
-Because miracles do happen.
-All the more reason to believe.
-Should I believe?
-I have thought about this whole day.
-Did you find an answer?
-I have done better. I've dreamt.
-Will you tell me what you dreamed about?
-Us in the country of happiness, of course.
-I don't know what exactly to dream.
-I have a moment in my mind. But how can I tell you about it?
-One step at a time maybe, but in some earlier hour?
-No. Maybe from a closer distance.
-Closer distance?
-Not like 200 km away, I mean. Good night. I'm too, feeling very sleepy now.
