Life is not that bad these days. I try to do something(s). Bought a 1-month gym membership today. As I am waiting for my family-union visa to arrive, I decided to do some exercise, muscle up a bit. Maybe I would lose some fat, gain some muscle, if I am lucky. I had a small conversation with the fitness trainer in the gym -who is also the manager there. He sounded quite promising and cooperative. I mentioned my vegan diet, and he asked the stuff I eat. When I said, ''you know legumes, lentils, brown rice, fruits, vegs, olives, all kinds of plants, nuts, seeds..'' he was quite happy to hear that. He said I would so easily lose fat and gain lean muscle since I don't eat animal fat and animal protein. I will pay tomorrow 150 TRY and start my first workout. We will run a body analysis on me to see where fat is mostly accumulated. Well... I actually don't need to see a body analysis report to say: ''yeah its in my ass, duh!'' but anyway... There are some zumba/pilates/crunch classes as well, and a sauna in the locker rooms. The sauna was a bit tricky. It wasn't running, the girl in the front desk told me that they run it only when there is a demand. I really hope that they wouldn't bitch about my frequent sauna demands later. Then I went to Migros to get some vegan stuff: Almond milk, chia seeds, vegan ice-cream, bananas, apples etc. I might keep a fitness/diet diary as well. That could be fun. | ||
