Today’s goals:
- unpack some of my office boxes & open the box of important desk papers
- clean the kitchen
- find a bookshelf for books….apparently a 3-tier bookcase isn’t enough despite the "library" at the department office
- convince boyfriend to come and see the new apartment & help me buy a headboard and drive us back to Tampa for Ryan's wedding
Upcoming goals:
- run a few miles in the neighborhood
- unpack more of the house & start decorating -lots of Pinterest projects to come
- start cooking again
- pick up the keys for the new office
- go to HR and get the necessary paperwork for health insurance etc.
- get to know this new city & enjoy the rest of vacation before I delve into another dataset for our EU paper
Here’s to the next 11 days and attempting to accomplish all my [relatively] easy goals!
