Moving back to new home, having the parents over, a week long orientation, meeting the new faculty, meeting the old faculty at the retreat, attendig department meetings, attending wine-and-cheese parties, holding my own eclipse-viewing party, going back to campus for after-hours socialization, meeting new students, talking, constantly talking, having small talk with random strangers, having deep conversations with new friends, Facetiming old friends...AND I'm a in constant state of "please invite me, I need validation that you actually like me" and "please don’t make me interact with more people." *sigh*
