#1. Stop shaving if you want to.

If you don't like the razor bumps or cuts,

If you never understood why you had to shave the perfectly natural body hair growing on your skin,

If you are sick of the men-pleasing, women patronizing society,

If you feel you're way too smart for this dumb shit,
 
If you were saddened by people being critical on you when it is comes to a little bit of armpit hair,

and if you feel deeply shamed and angry inside because of this,

stop shaving. 

If you did not experience any of that and you like shaving, of course you can keep doing that.

But if you choose to stop shaving, don't fear.

Those who mind won't matter.

Those who matter won't mind.

#2. You can curse.

When things aren't going your way and people are being assholes, you can curse at them.

Cursing releases internal stress. Fuck, cunt, bitch, faggot... and these words are not just for dick-owners.

(Ofcourse care about people you, respect, value, and all. BUT value yourself more than any other. Any. Other. Why? because they are not you. End of story.)

#3. Stop worrying about your appearance.

Just don't. Don't exercise to look slimmer for example.  Fuck slim. Exercise to challenge yourself.

Exercise to feel good. Exercise to release your happy-woman hormones.

#4. People can do whatever fuck that they want.

Just like you, other monkeys can also do whatever fuck that they please.

Don't try to control them or don't push them into a certain direction. They won't come into it. Just like you won't. (Not even the ones in your closest circle.) Why would they?
 
So, just let them be. It doesn't interest you.

You, interest you. Take care of your own business.

#5. Nobody knows what's best for you any better than you

Not your mom. Not your partner. Not your kid. Not your doctor. No one.

And it's just how it is.
