Nothing says “Friday” like being over-caffeinated and sleepy at the same time.
My week can be summed up as productive, but only for tasks I actually like. Tried hard and finished that damn paper, but I couldn’t bring myself to proofread it so I just hit “send.” Next week’s load of work is supposed to be lighter, thank god, because I need this time in Chicago for the conference and some family&friends time when I’m back. A.’s been a trooper this semester (seriously though I do not know how I’d function without him) so I feel like it’s my turn to be there for him now.
