Semester’s over and grades are assigned but one of the students sent me the thesis she wrote for a different class because I helped her to formulate her ideas last September - what a thoughtful act?? Sometimes I do remember why I teach for a living.
Now I'm ready to go and spend the weekend in a cozy cabin snuggled in snowy forest somewhere not so far, where we can make bonfires and roast marshmallows and drink cocoa. This has been such a long semester that I feel like I totally deserved it!
